The Most Valuable Snowboarding Trading Cards

Boarders Trading Cards are the premiere snowboarding memorabilia. This page aims to outline the most valuable stock picks from S1. With the first season over and containing the Summer, Fall, and Winter editions of the 2022-23 cycle, these picks have solidified a premium. Each edition offered seven exclusive trading cards per pack and had a low distribution, relative to market size.

Card 10: The Grace Warner Summer 2022

At the time of the drop, Grace had just made an impact on the scene. This trading card is of a visionary snowboarder at Hart Plaza in downtown Detroit. Less than a year later, Grace hosted Red Bull's Heavy Metal at the same spot. With a rising career and only 150 in circulation, the Grace Warner is among the most valuable trading cards today.

Card 9: The Sparrow Knox Fall 2022 Original Issue

This trading card contains a misprint of the photographer. Although Theo Acworth was printed, James North was the true man behind the lens. The original print contained 250 cards with the mistake. Sparrow Knox, a prominent UK boarder, is blunting a dumpster while James snaps fisheye, making this card a collector's dream.

Card 8: The Autographed Sean Fitzsimons Fall 2022

Sean Fitzsimons is a burgeoning professional and had his breakout year in winter 2022, when he spun a Cinderella story to the Olympic stage. Now, Sean is a crowd favorite in Slopestyle and has developed his presence on the scene. There are a total of 250 Sean Fitzsimons cards, and a significantly smaller amount are signed.

Card 7: The Laurie Blouin Winter 2023

Laurie Blouin has 6 X-Games medals, an Olympic slopestyle silver, and is a 2x world champion. Hailing from Quebec, Canada, Laurie is in her prime and has one of the most decorated trading cards in existence. 225 have been printed.

Card 6: The Jesse Burtner Winter 2023

Jesse Burtner is the pack's snowboard legend. Cofounder of Think Thank & JB Deuce Productions, Jesse has produced a jaw-dropping 21 snowboard films. Jesse has been a staple in the industry for many years and also works for Mervin Manufacturing, a prominent hardgoods parent company for Lib Tech, GNU, Roxy, and Bent Metal. 225 of his cards have been printed.

Card 5: The Tess Coady Winter 2023

Tess Coady is a slopestyle playmaker. She has a Laax-Open Gold, X-Games Silver, and Olympic Bronze already under her belt at only 23 years old. She is the Australian dream and dominates her arena. With only 225 Tess Coady trading cards printed, this pick is sure to increase with her promising future.

Card 4: The Mons Røisland Winter 2023

Mons Røisland is a contest powerhouse with a unique set of sponsors, one of them including Porshe. His trading card has him floating above the mountains at Stubai, Austria and is one of the most decorated in the collection. As a Slopestyle and Big Air double threat, Mons is a 6 time X-Games medalist, 2022 Overall-World Cup Champion, and an Olympic silver medalist. Mons is a fan favorite and a stable bet for contest podiums. The Mons Røisland trading card has 225 printed.

Card 3: The "Rob Roetheler" Summer 2022 Original Issue

This trading card can be identified by the misspelt last name as "Roetheler" instead of the correct spelling of "Roethler". Rob Roethler has blossomed in recent years and with the rise of his stock comes the rise of this limited edition card. Only 150 cards were printed with this mistake.

Card 2: The Autographed Valentino Guseli Fall 2022

Valentino Guseli is a young triple threat Olympic prodigy. Hailing from Australia, Valentino has a showman attitude that electrifies the crowd. At only 18 years old, Valentino has already had an Olympic Halfpipe debut. Although favoring Halfpipe, he is also extremely gifted in Slopestyle and Big Air. There are 250 prints of the card, with a small percentage autographed.

Card 1: The "Luke Winklemann" Summer 2022 Original Issue

The original issue trading card can be identified by the misspelt last name of "Winklemann" rather than the correct version of "Winkelmann". Luke Winkelmann is a household name and with only 100 prints, this mistake will be the top investment to track.
